Specified delivery time at Lieferando 46 minutes. Message that the food will be there soon was broadcast. 75 minutes later I called: food is supposedly being prepared. I explained that if there was such a delay, a concession would be appropriate. Owner explained extremely unfriendly that he had completely different delivery times on his own homepage and that one should complain to Lieferando. Order was cancelled. Incredibly unfriendly owner. Never again.

Very rude staff. Arrogant and cheeky! That was the last time we order something. I wanted to reorder something, he said NO HE DOES NOT DO IT, IT'S VERY EASY! without justification or the like. It's a shame that some shops go bust because of so many people.

Some of the employees who answer the business phone are really arrogant and really rude. The simple answers that you can give the customer on the phone are sometimes not under control. The strength of the employees who answer the business phone are just stupid answers or just hang up.

A kebab the way it should be ... The bread is made fresh for each kebab, is fluffy and delicious. The meat is a delight, the sauce is very flavorful! A great meal every time for a small price. Always fresh, tasty and quick.

Order took over 2 hours (allegedly 45 minutes), only after being informed that the food had not even been prepared after 1.5 hours and finally forgotten the pizza rolls. If you no longer order there, cannot recommend it

At 17.31 placed an order for just under € 50. Supposedly our order comes in 45-60 minutes. At 18.52, after asking by phone, it was said that the food would be there in half an hour. At 7:25 p.m. we called after WAITING TWO HOURS, and the answer to the question where our food was was: "In the time we were discussing, I could have sent the messenger away" Sorry but how insolent is that? Never again! I strongly advise everyone not to support the club, last time we had to wait over an hour!

We had 2 kebab. Meat is good in taste, as is bread, even if it tastes different from others. (I read it myself) Salad in the kebab was fresh and tasty. The sauce is not quite my case but equally good. Rating varies between 4-5 but I give times lobes.
